What the DSA said about Roadcraft in a 'Training Establishment Inspection Report'

"This is a small well organized Training Establishment which offers training for ADI examinations in Parts 1, 2 & 3 and refresher / remedial courses for qualified ADI's.

Trainees are taught on a one to one basis with each course tailored to the trainees requirements. Training records are kept of progress and a copy given to the trainee. The records are kept until trainee has successfully passed his or her course.

Mr. Curtin is an enthusiastic and effective trainer who has a good knowledge of training standards required for new driving instructors and a good grasp of motivating his pupils by encouraging them to participate to the full. He is an NJC Tutor and a former RAC ADI Register Examiner.

Part 3 In-car Training There were two part 3 training sessions, these were each of

1 hour 30 minutes. Mr. Curtin's tutoring skills are to a high standard with the trainees very involved in the lesson.

Recommendations for improvement.

None."
